About Sprinklerly
Built by F & S Ventures LLC
Sprinklerly started from a simple observation: irrigation and sprinkler contractors run a genuinely complicated operation, geofenced service areas, multi-technician crews, backflow-test compliance that carries real legal weight, insurance certificates that commercial customers demand on short notice, and most of it still runs on a mix of paper routes, group texts, and whatever a spreadsheet happened to track last season.
Generic scheduling or field-service tools get you partway there, but they treat backflow compliance, crew assignment, and price-book estimating as afterthoughts, if they handle them at all. Sprinklerly builds them in from the start, because for an irrigation contractor they aren't edge cases: they're the job.
How we think about the details
A few things we hold ourselves to, because they're the ones that actually matter when a crew is standing at a locked gate or a customer is asking for proof of insurance:
- An uncertified or expired backflow tester can't record a test. The system checks before it lets the record save, not after.
- An expired insurance document is never represented as current, even by omission, when you send a customer a COI packet, and the packet arrives as a real, downloadable PDF, not just words in an email.
- A price-book item's price can change without silently altering a quote a customer already approved. Every estimate line item is a snapshot at the moment it was created.
- Every handoff between roles, booking to dispatcher, arrival to technician, finding to customer, sends a notification, so nobody has to ask whether something happened.
- A component still under warranty shows up flagged the moment a technician logs a finding against it, computed from the warranty date on file, not left for someone to remember.
- A dispatcher planning a route sees real drive times between stops, not a guess, and gets flagged if two stops' arrival windows overlap or a leg doesn't leave enough buffer to make the next one.
