Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026
These Terms govern your use of Sprinklerly. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
Sprinklerly provides software for scheduling, dispatching, and tracking irrigation and sprinkler service work, including customer and property records, geofenced service-area scheduling, route planning, work order management, backflow-test compliance tracking, and price-book-based estimating. Card-on-file payment processing for your own customers is in development and not yet available in the app; once it launches, this section will be updated with the terms that govern it.
Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the customer, property, and compliance data your business enters or imports into Sprinklerly.
- You're responsible for maintaining valid credentials for any staff member you invite, and for promptly suspending or revoking access for staff who leave.
- You remain responsible for actually complying with applicable backflow-prevention, licensing, and insurance regulations in your jurisdiction. Sprinklerly helps you track and act on the compliance-related records you provide; it does not replace your own obligation to comply with local plumbing, backflow-prevention, or contractor-licensing regulations, and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice.
No professional advice
Sprinklerly tracks compliance-related records and scheduling data. It does not provide legal, engineering, or regulatory advice, and does not replace a licensed professional's judgment on matters requiring one.
Plans and pricing
Current plan details are on our pricing page. Sprinklerly is free to join during early access, with no credit card required. We will never charge a card without your explicit action to subscribe once paid plans go live. Early access pricing shown at sign-up is locked in for that account and won't increase at general availability.
Once billing is enabled, paid subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically until canceled. You'll be able to cancel at any time from within the app; you'll keep paid access through the end of the current billing period. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Disclaimer of warranty
Sprinklerly is provided "as is." While the application enforces the rules it can (for example, rejecting a backflow test from an uncertified tester), you remain responsible for reviewing the records in your account for accuracy and for your own regulatory compliance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprinklerly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Sprinklerly and close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
